Every windshield we produce is made with Laminated Clear Safety Glass just like automobile glass. Each windshield has two independently working Vents which can be open or closed depending on the weather. The Aluminum Frames are Powder Coated in Textured Black which is more scratch resistant than standard smooth Powder Coats. Each windshield was templated by our team of fabricators using the best technology and equipment to get the best fit possible.
Please note that because of the nature of how these machines are put together and how they are made, no two machines are ever exactly alike and that's why we leave a minimum tolerance to accommodate for each machine.
REALIZE this does not convert your machine into a Submarine. Expect minimal to no water entering through your windshield where it links to the roof or a similar point.

The windshield fit in the roll cage fine but the handle on the inside to operate the vent interferes with glove boxes . It only allows the glove box on the passenger side to open half way (picture). I also order the rear window, neither one came with any instructions to install. The windshield wiper I ordered along with it is pretty cheap. Tried contacting them through the website to request instructions, but never heard anything from them. There is about an one gap between windshield and the crossbar of the roll cage. I'd return but I would have to pay over $100.00 for shipping.
Installed on a 2023 Can-am Maverick Trail.
I purchased this at a utv takeover event after my canam windshield kept unhooking and flying off. They installed for me at the event and it is the perfect option. Fits perfectly. I love it. And everyone who sees it wants it.
Installation was easy. My only complaint is the one inch air gap left between the windshield and factory roof.
