400 CCA Battery

First, I'm not the kind of guy to write good or bad reviews for any company until I delt with dirt Warrior on this purchase. I was completely mislead. I brought a battery that was pictured on dirt warrior's website as a 450 CCA battery made by AJC. I purchased one from them in 2021 pictured below. This time they sent me a battery that was only 385 CCA and a completely different part number made by interstate. I called and they said that the 450 cca battery made by interstate is discontinued and this is the replacement pictured below on the right. I looked up the part number on the new battery I received and I found it on Amazon for $50 cheaper. I told them this is not the battery that I ordered nor even the same part number and I want my money back. The girl on the phone said she will send me a return label by email which I never received after a week. Then said that there is a 25% restocking fee plus I had to pay for the shipping! If it's true that interstate battery discontinued my original battery then that's fine, but dirt warrior needs to update their website and not mislead good honest customers.
Bottom line, stay away from dirt warrior go with Amazon or ebay where your protected with your purchase from misleading companies like this one where you can get your money back for no restocking fees nor any shipping cost. I hope this review helps someone else before being taken advantage of by dirt Warrior
